APOLLO GP – Automatic linear filling machine with gear pumps
The linear filling machine Apollo GP is designed for automatic filling of the paste-like products (creams, shampoos, gels, mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, and other non-carbonated products for the food-processing, cosmetics and chemical industry) into various containers, especially those of smaller volumes from 50 to 1000 ml.
The dosed liquid is measured by volume by means of the gear pumps. The machine can be equipped with a various numbers of pumps (from 1 to 12 according to the required capacity). The Gear pumps are easy to clean, which makes them even suitable for the use in the most demanding manufacturing premises (pharmaceutical and food-industries).
A dose is centrally continuously adjustable on a display and according to the selected dose, the machine can be equipped with pumps of various sizes. The machine can be supplied with the installation and operational qualification IQ and QQ.
Standard equipment includes automatic volume adjustment on the display. With help of the display, it is possible to program and save the filling speed for each product, including the speed reduction and the beginning and in the end of filling.
