Product Application:
Applications include free flowing to viscous products, including chunky products. Fill volumes from 5L to 30Ltr at high flow rates with accuracies up to ±0.2% dependent upon pail size and type of product.
Note:
1). This line included the unit for filling, capping, labeling and palletizer.
2). For filling section, it is net weight filling type with Mettler toledo loal cell and display, integration of PLC to DCS system;
3). Top level storage, diving nozzle and Ex system can be optional
