Application:
This machine is designed to handle ROPP cap for round or square shape containers
Features:
Machine construction is made by SUS# 304 and aluminum alloy
Mitsubishi PLC Control System with digital touch screen
The sealing head is sealing roller without damaging the surface of cap.
Cap chute with photo sensor, machine will stop automatically while no cap.
Different size of cap, the change-over parts is required
Options:
1. Bottle star-wheel for 2nd size of bottle size.
2. Vibratory bowl and cap chute for 2nd of cap.
3. Capping head for 2nd size of cap.
4. Cap hopper with elevator conveyor for supplying caps into cap sorter.
5. Safety cover for protecting the operator during capping.
