This machine is suitable for rinsing, isobaric filling and corking of glass roundbottles. Capacity of 500bph x 0.5 lt. MINIBLOCK is able to fill the following products: still and sparkling products such as wine, beer, water and soft-drinks.
The machine is constructed of following components:
-Linear rinser – equipped with 5 pneumatic pincers. With the use of a pneumatic pincer device, the bottles are grabbed from the conveyor line and are inverted over the injections nozzles. They are then rinsed with water and re-positioned on the conveyor line. Isobaric filling turret with 5 filling valves. The bottles are positioned under the filling valves by a star-wheel.
The filling process phases are as follows:
1) Air pre-evacuation from the bottles through vacuum pump (double pre-evacuation for beer available)
2) Balancing of the bottles pressure through gas inert injection
3) Isobaric filling
4) Pressure release
