Horizontal retort equipment is used to sterilize food and cans. It has a good structural design, good sealing performance, labour saving when opening and closing, convenient manipulation and stable behaviour. The security interlock device and no pressure mechanism for opening the door is designed to ensure safety. According to different products and their technical requirements, this series of retort takes saturated steam or high pressure superheated water as its heating medium, it releases back pressure by automatic compensation of compressed air, and cools the products by chilling circulated water or injecting chilled water. The retort is suitable for the sterilization of various kinds of packaging and foods with easy operating and low running costs.
