HLSG Series Intelligent Automatic High Effective Mixing and Granulating Machine is new product series developed by our company in 2001, which is one of the provincial new products projects. This machine integrates optics, electric, pneumatic; adopts advanced technologies such as PLC microcomputer program control, man-machine interface, touching screen operation, stepless frequency conversion control speed adjusting, and optics-electric monitor control, creates and designs special automatic spraying and liquid dripping for adding binder, vacuum Feeding in the pan and vibrating dust remover, automatic safety protection device and jacket pan heating, temperature control system, complete function, high automation, binder saving, short granulating time, good products quality. This machine mixes and granulates the powder, extract material into compact, even and high pelletize granules which can be applied to medical, instrument, chemical, metallurgy industries etc. Especially, this machine can be use to mixing and granulating herbal medicine extract and powder, it solve the problem that change herbal to finished medicines. After sampling inspection by Tianjin Pharmacy Machinery inspection center, it is approved that every properties of our products conforms to enterprise standard Q/RDH112-2001. This machine is well recognized by our customers with GMP accordance, provincial new products approval and developing with European technologies.

Adopt Siemens PLC Microcomputer program control; man-machine interface, displaying screen operation; the temperature, moisture, running time, speed, formula etc. will be input to microcomputer which is automatic adjusting control by program also highly automatic and easy handling
Z shape agitator developed and design by three dimensional CAD of our Engineering Department which is easy to remove the residual material on pan wall, avoid material accumulate at the bottom and inner-wall, and reducing collision between granules and inner-wall, thus, this kind agitator can improved efficiency of granulate and rate of pellet; reducing the quantity contained powder under 8%
Adopt jacket pan technologies, heat or cool the material according to demand. The temperature in the pan is automatically controlled by microcomputer, the temperature tolerance is within +-2 degrees
This machine has spraying device and dripping device, add binder according to the request of different medicines. The way of spraying and dripping and direct mixing is binder saving and nice effect in granulating. For instance, our HLSG-200 can save binder 5400Kg per year, thus this machine can save much money on binder
On top of pan, there is a vacuum exhauster that can remove these over moisture from the powder, so we can prevent water drops drip to the material and form lumps happens
Complete and reliable safe protection device; only input the password to open the cover, so the other person can’t operate
The sealing of revolving shaft of the cutter is mechanical sealing, and spays compressed air double technical, which can resolve the malfunctions that happened many times before
Finishing mixing and granulating in one-step, which improves the efficiency into 4 to 5 times. The finished grains are compact in quality, even in size, high rate in pellets. The size of grains and compactness can be adjusted it is suitable to mixing and granulating herbal medicine which is very different in proportion of main medicine and auxiliary medicine, and reach good effect
Our mixing granulator was jacket pan, which can heat or cool the material easily. We polish the surface of the pan and we do not polish the inside of the jacket, so we can insure the high precision of the pan; as a result, space between the agitator and pan bottom is only 1 mm which makes the agitating more evenly. But other mixing granulator with single pan does not have these functions
Our agitator is Z-shape agitator that has been researched many years, it can reduce the centrifugal force of different materials, so that we can make the agitating more evenly
The shape of pan shape is trough type that can easily return the material back to the middle of the pan for agitating; this also makes the agitating more evenly
We use double speed motor with timer belt that can adjust the running speed of agitator and chopper in an efficient way
For shaft seal, we use air sealing and machinery sealing, so it’s not possible pollute these materials in the pan
Our machines can increase the fluidity and mobility in a great deal which makes the capsule filling and tablet pressing easier. There are also many other advantages which you can see the operation of our mixing granulator
