ZL Series fast granule modification machine is making up of 1. Main body 2. Tube 3. Hopper 4. Discharge opening 5. Universal wheel, screen, modify cutter, power motor and variable frequency stepless speed adjust device etc.
Grind and modify are similar in physics, just different in size and shape. Through adjust the distance between screen and squeeze cutter, using different size of screen and main roller rotate speed change stepless, so that the machine include grinder, modification and swing at the same time.
The work principle is describe blow:
Put materials into hopper and it come to grind cavity. Centrifugal force made by grind cutter rotate, fling material grains to screen, then screen and grinder cutter grind material grains, and fling out by holes on screen. As given above, size of grains and powder quantity can be adjust by change the size of screen, space between squeeze cutter and screen and rotate speed of main roller. Material grains fling out of screen be discharge from tube opening after modification.
Features
Grain size uniform, easy operate. Frustum of a con shape screen and grinder cutter is on one main rotation roller. Centrifugal force made by screen rotating, and materials that small than holes on screen will be fling out automatically, oppositely, materials are big than holes, it will be squeeze out of screen by squeeze cutter. The size of grains can be control by adjust the distance between screen and squeeze cutter.
No dead corner, material heatless. The screen is installed outside round grinder cavity, then screen and grinder cutter grind materials. So, problems such like dead corner amassed materials, or materials overheat by stay in grinder cavity for a long time. This is beneficial to modify heat-sensible materials and easy soften materials.
Rotate roller is well sealed, wont pollute material. The main roller is under the discharging tube, and it have tight sealed structure, to insure that lube leak to roller, so that avoided materials be polluted by lube, fit for GMP request.
Stepless speed adjusts, have advantages of swing modification machine. This machine using variable frequency stepless speed adjust device make the rotation speed of main roller change steplessly. If rotation speed is high, diameter of grains are small, while rotation speed is low, diameter of grains are big, to reach the requested size by change rotation speed. Meanwhile, stepless speed adjust can make roller rotate to left and right, so it can take place of swing modification machine.
Pretty appearance, convenient for clean. The machine use the whole stainless steel surface, so it is clean and nonpoisonous, also good at anticorrosive. The place need to be clean only grinder cavity part, mainly screen and grinder cutter. These two components are easy to dismantle also light, very convenient for clean.
Whole machine is moveable 4 wheels are installed under the machine, whole machine can be move freely, convenient for clean the producing place.
